The first hidden object game for Facebook has debuted. It is called Gardens of Time. Upon starting the game it will give you three objects. Locate hidden objects across time, collect artifacts to display in your garden, and protect history from sinister forces. So what do you do? Basically, you start out in your garden, which has a time traveling machine. You get new quests which send you to new locations to find hidden objects. Completing these gives you a score which you can post and your friends can get bonuses. Completing scenes also unlocks more items for you to purchase for your garden. Purchasing items for your garden gives you more reputation points. You can also visit friends gardens and if you happen to find a person with an "!" above their head, you can click on them and do a timed hidden object game. You have 60 minutes to find all the objects you can. The graphics aren't bad, but being that it is on Facebook, I found everything rather small. There is a full screen option though. The music, well, I turn that off, it's a little annoying. The "hidden objects" on the few quests I played were moderately hard to find. There is apparently a storyline, but I really couldn't find it. All I know it has something to do with sinister things in history. Perhaps if I played longer it would become clearer. If you enjoy Facebook and you enjoy hidden object games, give it a try! It's certainly something to do while your between games.
