State of the Games Address

If you are a longtime fan of this site, then you know that casual gaming has been a hobby of mine for some time now. The beauty of these games lies in the fact that they offer such a nice break from the drudgery of work (or study). You can play them for as long as you like and there seems to be a never ending supply of new games.

If you are a longtime fan of this site, then you know that casual gaming has been a hobby of mine for some time now. The beauty of these games lies in the fact that they offer such a nice break from the drudgery of work (or study). You can play them for as long as you like and there seems to be a never ending supply of new games. Lately, I’ve noticed that there are even more new games available than ever before. This, in my opinion is both a good and a bad thing. It’s good because, again, there is a lot of variety to suit anyone’s gaming taste… but, it’s bad because in the struggle to compete, not all of the games we see these days are as good as some of the “old-school” gems that we’ve grown to love. That’s why we do what we do. At the same time, we couldn’t do what we do without your help. Your input is what truly keeps us going. It’s nice to know that we have readers that appreciate our advice, reviews and guides. For that, we all thank you and we ask that you help us continue to provide you with the best reviews and guides that we can. Is there a game you’d like us to review? A strategy guide you’d like to see? With all the new games out there, sometimes it gets hard for us to pick and choose. That’s where you come in. If there’s something you’d like to see, just let us know. I know that I speak for the entire gang when I say this. We love it when we hear from you on the message boards and we really hope you enjoy what we do! That’s all for now gamers. Play on! -- Your CGG Staff --
