To use CheatOMatic download it first

http://www.timsvault.... download - unzip files to same folder you download into. To open it click on the icon that looks like a piece of cheese.

Make sure you have Virtual Villagers running, then minimize it so you can see your desktop. Open Cheatomatic (a little window will open) the first thing you do is select the program you want to hex edit (in this case it's Virtual Villagers) click on the dropdown and you will see it.

Next it will ask you what value you want to change - the value will be either the Tech Points or Food number. First maximize Virtual Villagers so you can get the Tech point number - then minimize again and put that number in the box and click on search - it will ask you to enter the next value which will be the Tech points number after the value changes (go back to Virtual Villagers and put one of your villagers at the table - when the Tech Point number goes up move everyone away from the table) take that number, minimize and put that number in the box - click search and it will pop up with Cha-Ching! Got It! All you have to do now is put the number you want to change to in the box and click on the Set button. Maximize Virtual Villagers and you will see the new value. This only works for Tech Points and Food. Do this only if you don't want the challange - Virtual Villagers is meant to be a long challenging game - for days.
